  1. Have you tried marketing yourself as a MILF or ‘mature’ creator? I promise there’s an audience for every look, and plenty of people are into that niche. It might just be a matter of shifting your branding a bit to reach the right viewers.

When it comes to equipment, you don’t need anything super fancy to get started – most modern smartphones have great cameras that are more than enough for creating content. That said, lighting is actually more important than your camera. Natural light works great if you can use it, but investing in a ring light or even softbox lights can significantly boost your video quality.

One tip: always use your phone’s rear camera instead of the selfie one – it usually has much better quality. To make sure I can still see myself while filming, I mirror my phone screen onto a second device using an app called ApowerMirror. It makes recording solo content way easier.

On the software side, I highly recommend checking out the BuddyX plugin for OnlyFans. It adds a bunch of useful tools that help with managing your account.

Lastly, I suggest being on multiple platforms – not just OnlyFans. Fansly, ManyVids, Clips4Sale, and iWantClips are all worth looking into. Personally, I’ve only used ManyVids so far, but even with minimal effort (just uploading content I already had), I was able to make over $3K/month in passive income. So don’t sleep on those extra platforms – they can be a great source of additional income.

Dropping to 6% in just a month is amazing, give yourself some credit! When I hit a plateau, one thing that really helped me was going live on OF. It boosted my engagement a lot. I played around with different times to catch fans in various time zones, and it worked. I think people appreciated getting to see my personality in real time, it’s something that doesn’t always come across in messages.

I also noticed that a lot of the quiet or non-spending subs started showing up for the lives, and many of them actually began tipping or buying content afterward. So if you’re feeling stuck, going live could be a great move.

Wishing you tons of success – you’re already doing great!

  6. I think a lot of it comes down to luck. Most people you see on social media bragging about huge tips are either exaggerating to get engagement, or they already have a big following, which naturally gives them better odds of landing a big tipper.

  7. Are you posting 1-2 minute clips as teasers? If so, just keep in mind that for some people, that’s already enough to finish. A better strategy might be to post short 10-second GIFs or tiny clips from your full video, spaced out over time, before you drop the full PPV.

  8. It’s absolutely normal for growth to be slow at first - it takes more than a month to build a big fanbase. Focus on the long game, stay consistent, and give yourself time to grow.
