I’m a new creator, and a fan wants to book a video call where I guide him and watch him finish. I plan to charge $15 per minute, with an 8-minute minimum, and I feel good about that rate.

Make sure to agree on a specific time limit before the call (like 8 or 10 minutes), and always get paid in full before the call starts. Don’t just go into it thinking you’ll time the session and ask him to pay after – it’s way too easy to get ghosted or scammed that way. Set clear expectations, confirm the payment, and only then proceed with the call.
